About the role Group commercial finance sits at the heart of the commercial organisation, providing business support, challenge and governance to Group commercial. Whilst also providing commercial finance teams in markets with tools and skills to enhance the commercial planning and analysis functions. The purpose of this role is to provide financial support to the Commercial teams, including marketing, sales &amp; RDQ, and help to support the wider commercial finance team in delivering excellent business partnering. The commercial finance analyst is responsible for the management of the central A&amp;P budget as well as owning and maintaining central channel reporting and analysis both of which are critical to the business They will also play a role in the 3 year Nomad strategic plan for commercial and the build of the annual plan. A&amp;P Budget management: Budget management and forecasting of a budget circa €25m for central non-working A&amp;P spend. Share and present forecast and analysis to key stakeholders including marketing directors and CMO. Work closely with central Accounts payable, marketing and insights teams to ensure forecast spend is delivered. Post monthly accruals, prepayments and intracompany invoices related to central A&amp;P as well as assisting indirect with any queries or reclass journals. Submit Monthly LV to FP&amp;A. Sales Team Partnering Prepare and maintain channel level reporting and monthly analysis providing insights on market performance and presenting at Nomad Channel connect meetings to all markets. Ensure channel data reported is aligned to market reporting and reconcile any differences, becoming the expert in channel data and understanding all data sources. Support channel specific projects with detailed analysis, updating profitability databases and scorecard KPIs Connect with markets to understand key channel drivers to support value add commentary. Strategic/Annual Plan: Create and maintain the 3 year strategic plan model for Nomad Commercial, ensuring updates are made when required and the correct outputs are created. Partner the marketing teams through the AP submission and review process. Enable Commercial Finance team to deliver on key projects &amp; Business Partnering: Partner the marketing team on a day to day basis, helping them to understand the internal P&amp;L category performance and innovation P&amp;L dynamics. Assist the team with ad hoc requests to provide insight for key strategy decisions. Commerical Finance Analyst

About the position Working within the Corporate Finance team, this is a dynamic role leading the reporting, co-ordination, challenge and control of the total transformation project portfolio finances. Significant cost analysis and modelling will also be required. Requirement exists to also develop metrics and KPI’s for effective reporting. In addition, role involves preparation of key materials for Exec and Board, supplemented by analytical support for projects and wider business. This is a high-profile role partnering project teams, finance counterparts across the business and Senior Management to ensure an efficient, reliable project cost management. It therefore represents an excellent opportunity for a strong individual to make an impact and build their profile within the business. Duties will include Co-ordination of the financial tracking, planning and forecasting processes within the relevant projects from a one-off (Capex, Opex and ROTI/non-recurring) and on-going basis (Benefits and Running costs). Finance Business Partner - Projects

Overview This role supports the global HR agenda of the Group Functions. Supporting our Great People is how this role and our team can make a difference. The role reports directly to the Senior HRBP for Group Functions. You will also have exposure to and support the HRBP for Shared Finance Centre. The role offers opportunity to get involved in a variety of areas within HR and to assist with the business partnering relationships across all Group Central Functions and Shared Finance Centre.
