Our client is a reputable and growing organisation with offices located near Watlington. They have a new permanent requirement within their business for a Sales Team Leader. Reporting into the Head of Sales, the Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. The role will entail mentoring members of their team, setting targets, delivering training and monitoring performance. Sales Team Leader

Our client, a growing leader in FMCG is seeking a project coordinator to grow their busy team. Reporting into the project manager, this role is responsible for supporting and coordinating the 'NewProduct' projects with a focus on product execution to launch. Main responsibilities: • Support and coordinate NPD projects through the New Initiative Process • Support with general Supply Chain projects as required • Organise and run project meetings • Create project gantt charts • Monitor and track progress of projects • Ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date with project progress and change • Cover the New Initiative meeting as required • Deputise for Project Manager • Ensure planning team place orders for NPD material to meet launch dates • Ensure material artworks are set up correctly to specification with the Master data and NPD coordinator • Coordinate samples from origin for wine options • Attend print runs and packaging approvals where appropriate • Awareness of NPD budgets (such as shopper projects) • Raise FERT requests • Update bottling matrix costs as required • Support NPD &amp; Masterdata Coordinator with data requests if required • Keep supply chain team up to date on product changes • Support as required with Procurement initiatives in UK and other international sites • Present NIP updates in huddle and monthly meeting • Track and improve departmental KPI’s and hit defined targets To apply for this role you will have previous experience within supply chain- particularly in FMCG would be advantageous. Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for an analytic fanatic with a creative spark to join their team of specialists in the heart of Bicester. Your role will primarily involve working directly with our clients PPC delivery team to help us setup and manage awesome paid advertising campaigns across the Google and Microsoft channels (including Search, Shopping, and Display Campaigns), and via paid social channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This role will involve a lot of performance analysis of the campaigns our client is running for customers whose businesses span a wide variety of different industry sectors. One minute you might be working with an electronics brand, the next maybe an industrial B2B type. The diversity of work means you’ll rarely have a dull day. You’ll then get to implement the changes decided following on from the analysis helping to keep the campaigns nice and optimised. You’ll help to launch new campaigns which involves performing keyword and audience research, and then setting up new campaigns and building ads. As your knowledge and experience grows you will also have the opportunity to manage your own accounts, and will become the main point of contact for a number of customers. While the role is largely campaign and client management, there will be opportunities to get stuck in and help the wider business. Internal marketing, business development, and planning are all responsibilities that can be shared if this is something you have an interest in. Marketing Assistant

Our client, a world leader in their field, are seeking a customer service assistant to join their team on a fixed term basis, however there is a strong possibility that this may be made a permanent position at the end of the year. The role is offered predominantly on a remote basis, with the requirement to come into the office approx 2/3 times per month, and the understanding that you are required to come in as the business needs for meetings, events and such like. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercial team with product quotes and manufacture lead times, coordinating, and processing all incoming orders, and supporting with all external logistical requirements. Role and Responsibilities: Processing purchase orders and leases, across the full product and service range. Answering any incoming customer enquiries, using your in-depth knowledge of products, and utilising all relative internal channels. Liaising with all relevant internal departments regarding the management of enquiries, orders, and lease requests through to completion - providing a true end-to-end customer experience. Take responsibility for the full resolution of assigned complaints and incidents - ensuring all relevant internal departments are engaged. Ensuring your personal performance meets or exceeds the published Key Performance Indicator (K.P.I) targets. From time to time, as requested by management it may be necessary to carry our extra duties in addition to those listed. Take part in all identified training to ensure skills are in line with the job role requirements. The person: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, such as a call centre, customer helpdesk, IT support helpdesk etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and by yourself using your own initiative. Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of CRM systems- knowledge of Sage X3 would be an advantage but not essential. A quiet working environment at home, with the ability to travel to the office when required.
