About the role: It will be the responsibility of the Capacity Planning and Forecasting Manager to align future and present capacity plans, ensuring that the current and forthcoming workforce is effectively utilised and optimised. Other responsibilities include understanding how the business operates and planning for future capacity requirements, producing both short and long term business plans and identification/implementation of efficient planning models that incorporate multi skilled / multi functional resources. It is important that the right candidate for the role has experience with development and implementation of capacity planning strategies, processes, and tools to align resources with business objectives. You will also be required to determine the resource and training academy requirements to meet changing demands for both reactive and planned customer journeys. Key Requirements: Experience in Capacity Planning and Resource Forecasting. Experience of working in an operationally focussed role. Working in line with Sales and Operations Planning Proven experience of transforming data into insights using visualisation tools Excellent Mathematical competency. Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (incl. communicating with clients). Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Organisation skills. Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to build short and long term forecasts Understand of various factors and considerations for planning Ability to extract data from a database using SQL. Responsibilities: As a valued member of the commercial team, the EV charging BD executive, will play a critical role in driving sales initiatives and business development from our channel partners and outbound sales activities. The main focus of the role will be to identify and engage with inbound and outbound prospective clients. Building and maintaining relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth across our portfolio of products and services in the rapidly expanding EV charging market. Key Requirements: Kick-off the sales process by engaging with inbound prospective clients and actively identify your own pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms within a framework, and close sales opportunities. Proactively manage and update your sales pipeline in a CRM. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with the internal marketing, commercial partnerships, and operations teams to maximise sales opportunities. Coordinate with the project management teams to address client requests and provide technical support. Support the Head of Commercial Sales to proactively identify areas of improvement to optimise sales performance. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, technological and company advancements in the EV/Renewable energy sector. Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. What we are looking for: Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferable within the EV Charging Solutions sector. Track record of success in B2B sales and relationship development. Proficient in CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office and email. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Good organisational and administrative skills.
