Job Role: Fit Out Estimator&nbsp; Area: Medway Salary: 45k - 55k We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Estimator to join our well-established client in the Medway Towns. Responsibilities: Manage and track multiple tenders. Review issued specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents, as well as tender clarifications and updates for the respective clients. Ensure that all tender submissions are comprehensively reviewed and qualified correctly. Attend project site tender meetings, site reviews, and post-tender interviews as required. Regular review &amp; evolution of the company's estimating documentation, making sure this is up to date with rates. Weekly team meetings and tender reports. The ideal candidate will be: Experience in presenting tenders to clients. Strong understanding of commercial construction sectors. Job Role: Mechanical Project Manager&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Area: Kent&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Salary: 55k - 65k My client is looking for a Mechanical&nbsp;Project Manager to join the team, the role will be covering Kent, London and Essex. You will need to have come from an Mechanical&nbsp;background and have worked within the commercial sector. Responsibilities: Completing projects within the correct timeframe keeping within budget and scope. Work alongside our procurement team to ensure the correct materials and labour are instructed and scheduled to allow projects to be delivered on time and within the financial/commercial requirements. Designing Q&amp;A reviews to be completed and Designs sent to client for approval. Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients Regular onsite reviews Monitoring performances of teams to ensure company standards of delivery are being met. Reviewing staff performance, attendance and morale Adhering to health and safety and ensuring all relevant documents are prepared for site. The ideal candidate will be: Industry recognised Project Management course&nbsp; HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering City &amp; Guilds in&nbsp;Mechanical Engineering Have a proven track record of well managed and complementary industry relationships. Project Manager

Job Role: Commercial Gas Engineer &nbsp; Area: Medway Towns &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Salary: 50k - 55k My client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join the team, this role will be covering Kent, Essex and London. Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge of Gas Safe compliance (IGEMS/British Standards). Extensive experience in Boiler/combustion servicing, fault identification and repair work across a variety of sectors. Attendance to callouts during working hours and in addition, be part of the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota. Utilising our job management system, by completing and submitting clear concise, accurate reports for works carried out, further work required and gas compliance certification. Calorifiers inspection/de-scaling. Valve maintenance. The ideal candidate will be: A minimum of COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, CCN1, CENWAT. Knowledge of a variety of Commercial/Domestic appliances and maintenance. Extensive experience in commercial fault finding and rectification. Good all-around knowledge of heating systems, fixed electrical systems &amp; controls/BMS. DBS Required CSCS Card (Gold and above). Full Clean Drivers License.
