The scope of the GCM Logistics and Warehousing role includes responsibility for selected expenditure within the parameters of the role. Specifically, but not exhaustively, the GCM Logistics and Warehousing has responsibility for selected stakeholder and supplier engagement activities associated with Logistics and Warehousing. The GCM Logistics and Warehousing will support the development and deployment of the Logistics and Warehousing Category strategies. The GCM Logistics and Warehousing establishes and proactively manages key business stakeholder relationships, leads proactive sourcing projects, influences specification definition &amp; demand management, as well as managing Category specific supplier performance and innovation activities. The GCM Logistics and Warehousing reports directly to the GCD Logistics and Warehousing Responsibilities: Responsible for providing Procurement Category input into the Global Category Director in order to inform the functional objective setting process. Accountable for the delivery of relevant Logistics and Warehousing Category targets following engagement in the target setting process. Responsible for the collection of supplier, supply market, category and internal business data and information for elements of the Logistics and Warehousing Category Responsible for supporting the development of the Global Category Strategy for Logistics and Warehousing, including relevant stakeholder approval. Responsible for the communication of distribution of Category specific strategies to the relevant stakeholders.
