We are ARMA and ISO45001 accredited, hold a British Safety Council 5* rating and the quality of our people, and our development of them, is evidenced by our Investors in People Platinum accreditation. We are regulated by RICS and FCA and are members of the Property Ombudsman.

We expertly manage every type and size of residential property throughout the UK. Our success means we are a growing nationwide business with more than 600 people working agilely and local to you and 1,500+ on-site team members. We work together to support all our clients and customers.

We fully understand that not everyone feels comfortable learning in a large group or classroom, therefore being able to choose the time, place & topic can create a more effective learning experience.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility
We ensure that social, ethical and environmental principles are ingrained across our business. To do this we have developed green initiatives such as Recycle Week, deliver community engagement activities, and have a focus group in place to co-ordinate our fund-raising efforts.

Some of the events our teams have taken part in include;
• Santa fun run in Brighton, raising over £500 for Shelter
• Halloween quiz night in Manchester, raising over £650 for homeless charity 'The Big Change'
• Berkeley Homes’ charity five-a-side football tournament at Wembley Park
• Urban Rush 15-mile run to raise over £800
• A team took part in a clay pigeon shooting event in aid of St Edward’s, created by the Berkeley Foundation where our ladies were top of the leader board and helped to raise £24,000.
