Payroll Team Leader Salary: up to 36K plus excellent benefits package Location: Aylesbury (hybrid working with 3 days a week required in the office) This is a great opportunity for a Payroll &amp; Pensions Team Leader to join a 200m division of a major company. As Payroll &amp; Pensions Team Leader, you will oversee the timely and accurate payroll processing for circa 1000 employees, you will also lead and develop a small team of Payroll Assistants. Payroll Team Leader 

Management Accountant East Yorkshire - Hybrid 7 Month FTC 50,000- 60,000 Pro Rata T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Management Accountant on a fixed term contract running until the end of December 2025. This role will sit within a business going through exciting change and an ERP implementation. The successful candidate will have experience of month end reporting and fixed asset accounting. Stock/Inventory accounting experience is essential. This is a Hybrid role, based in East Yorkshire. When approaching month-end employees are required to work from the office. Reporting to the Financial Controller your remit will include: Key Responsibilities as Management Accountant: Produce monthly management accounts. Month end reporting, bank reconciliations and journals Process improvement and driving efficiency. Fixed asset, stock and inventory accounting. Requirements for a successful Management Accountant: ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified accountant. Stock accounting and fixed asset accounting experience is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of the manufacturing sector is preferred but not essential. Management Accountant 

Facilities Manager Milton Keynes 50,000 T2M Resourcing are working with an exciting automotive business to help them to recruit a Facilities Manager. As their Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the management of all the company’s general facilities and property, helping them to create and deliver an exciting facilities roadmap in line with the business’s growth plans. Key Responsibilities as a Facilities Manager: Management of the facilities team and subcontractors to maintain site facilities and continually meet site operational KPIs including all general M&amp;E systems. Overseeing the routine maintenance of all equipment and machinery across each site, by managing and planning respective preventive maintenance schedules. Support the executive and management team with the planning, costing and specification of new facilities as the business grows. To maintain site Health and Safety and legal compliance. Provide input into disaster recovery plans and work alongside key stakeholders on CAPEX projects to improve existing plant and equipment systems. Requirements to be a successful Facilities Manager: Previous Facilities management experience within a factory, industrial, manufacturing or production environment essential. Experience of delivering facilities projects on budget/time essential. Strong planning, organisational and communicational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem solve under pressure. Confident in using Microsoft Application applications. This role will be based from the company’s main site in Milton Keynes, and will provide a fantastic opportunity to the successful applicant to grow alongside an exciting and innovative automotive business.
