Commercial Finance Analyst, Central London - PR &amp; Communications up to 40,000 &nbsp;&nbsp; A brand-new opportunity for a part qualified accountant has arisen in a growing PR agency based in Soho. The right candidate will have experience in revenue accounting or WIP management and be looking to step into a client facing position in a creative environment. This would be well suited to someone studying for their ACCA/CIMA qualification and hoping to get more involved in the management accounts and commercial finance. If you are confident speaking to stakeholders, proactive and solutions focussed, and an all-round people person, then please apply! &nbsp;&nbsp; Key Responsibilities: Hold regular revenue meetings review time vs revenue add commentary on revenue movements and time variances &gt;10% Monthly recoverability meetings take minutes and send to client services teams with agreed actions. Revenue posting in Workbook reconciliation of revenue trackers with actuals preparation of accrued/deferred revenue schedules Utilisation reporting for the division Timesheets management for accurate completion WIP management and analysis to ensure that all third-party costs are billed on a time basis cost from the suppliers are on the correct jobs and that WIP jobs are reconciled and cleared down Monitor and reconcile estimated vs actual costs per project flagging overspends ASAP Hold regular WIP meetings with client services teams Check price quotes in Workbook are correct and backup (client approvals &amp; PO's) for jobs is saved Review open PO's and advise client services teams to close where appropriate Maintain client jobs on Workbook - create new jobs when requested close jobs as soon as they are finished and fully reconciled Ensure debit WIP is not older than 30 days Send time reports on a weekly basis to the client services teams for them to check if time is recorded on the correct jobs. Perform time movements between jobs as instructed by the client services teams &nbsp;&nbsp; Key Skills &amp; Qualifications: Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA with experience in a finance function Relevant degree with a grade of 2.1 or higher Experience in revenue/WIP or management accounting Ideally have experience in a media/marketing/PR agency Proactive and solutions focussed Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship building skill

Commercial Finance Analyst

This is a newly created role to sit in the senior leadership team and take the reins on finance and operations and guide the Chief Exec with their future ambitions. You will be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience leading on operations in a previous position. Head of Finance and Operations

Management Accountant, Arts - 55,000, Central London A prestigious London arts institution is looking for a new qualified accountant to join their growing finance function. After a new systems update and changes to the team, they are looking for a Management Accountant to come in and focus on the capital projects across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will work as part of a wider management accounting team and business partner with project managers and other museum staff. This will be perfectly suited to auditors with solid technical skills and looking to work in a brilliant charity. Preparation of material for the consolidated financial statements and liaison with the auditors Preparation of year-end financial statements, reports and papers for subsidiaries and related entities, and acting as main point of contact for auditors Preparation of information for internal reports and papers, including the corporate risk register Ensuring compliance with donor restrictions and reporting on funds Ensuring compliance with public sector and charitable sector regulations and guidelines Maintaining delegations of authority, workflows and reports on the finance system Contribute to annual procedure and policy updates Analysis of Museum-wide income and expenditure streams to monitor and improve efficiency and profitability. Providing and reviewing financial information for business cases and funding applications Contribute financial expertise to Museum-wide projects and initiatives. &nbsp; Key Skills &amp; Qualifications: Qualified accountant with experience in audit would be preferred (ACA) ACCA/CIMA Qualified accountants from the charity sector would also be considered Experience with Unit 4/Agresso or Business Central would be desirable but not necessary Strong compliance understanding Interest in working in the arts Excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills Ability to wok with multiple stakeholders both inside and out of the finance function
