Once you have completed the course content for the AgilePM Foundation course, you will be able to sit the Agile Foundation qualification. Upon scoring 30 marks or more, you will receive instant confirmation of your Agile Foundation qualification and be fully prepared to move onto the advanced topics covered in the Agile Project Management Practitioner course. The exam fees for both the Foundation and Practitioner are included in the course price.

AgilePM® Foundation Syllabus

  • The concepts, benefits and risks of Agile development
  • The philosophy, approach and principles of Agile Project Management
  • Understanding the DSDM Atern lifecycle and products.
  • DSDM Atern is a vendor-independent implementation of the agile project delivery framework Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM). It is a generic approach to agile project management rather than solely focused on software delivery
  • Recruiting or assembling appropriate project teams
  • Learning how to plan and run a facilitated workshop
