This Noodle Cooking Masterclass is a comprehensive guide to cooking authentic, delicious and signature dishes from across all of Asia. You will follow step-by-step demonstrations and have access to full menu's and recipes to help you create your own amazing dishes.

Your course instructor, Azlin Bloor is a private chef and culinary instructor who specialises in International cuisines, in particular Asian Noodle dishes. Azlin has created this course so that you can master the art of cooking Asian noodles and create your own amazing dishes.

This course has been set up for a progressive learning experience allowing you to progress at your own speed, helping you to become an accomplished noodle chef. You will also have the skills to create gluten free, vegetarian and vegan versions of all the recipes in the course.
