Overview

The Distance Learning Business Law course will help you develop a solid understanding of business law. Students will identify the principles of English Law and how the English Legal system works; discover where law comes from, the roles of different courts and the different personnel that are employed by the legal system.

Unit 4: The Law of Tort

There are no exams at the end of this course and assessments are based purely on coursework only.
