There are two externally assessed papers for this course. The specification is offered through a single tier. Questions are targeted at grades in the range of 9-4, with 3 allowed.

You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with the full support of your Tutor.

Career path

This course is usually taken by students who will progress onto the A' Level in Mathematics. This is because the syllabus topics cover elements of the content that can be found in Core/Pure units of the A' Level Maths.
