MS Project Training
This one-day MS Project Introduction course is designed to teach attendees practical skills in planning and scheduling projects using Microsoft Project. By the end of the course, delegates will have gained knowledge on how to create new projects, input tasks, resources, and cost information, as well as how to analyse and adjust schedules with date, dependency, and resource constraints. They will also learn how to customise and print Gantt chart views and reports, record and review task progress against the baseline.
The one-day MS Project Advanced course is designed for those who already have a basic understanding of MS Project. The course will cover advanced features such as customising views, working with Global mpt, resource management, allocation, and scheduling. Attendees will learn project costings, how to manage budgets, and how to update plans using concepts such as progress reporting, baseline, "what If" changes and recording progress.
Our Microsoft Certified trainers will ensure that the skills are practiced throughout the training day and will provide real-world examples of how the advanced features can be used. The course is highly interactive and is built around managing actual projects.
