The ICDL (European Computer Driving License) certification is a highly recognised qualification, it offers you a key recognition of your literacy in computer skills and is designed for novices or casual computer users and will get you to a high computer literacy standard. The ICDL Certification is the fastest growing IT user qualification in over 125 countries, with many UK companies setting the ICDL as a mandatory requirement, such as the NHS and the Police Service of Northern Ireland.

Hello Geraldine, the course ware can be learnt on mac but the exams will need to be sat on a different laptop which has windows. we are also currently running offers if you would like to give me a call in the office I can run these with you.

Good morning Janice You would be able to study all the courseware on a MAC device, however, you wouldn't be able to sit the official exams. Hi Paul, We offer a full unlimited access period of 12 months and the official pass rate from the BCS is 75% to pass each of the 7 modules. we have several versions and it might be easier if you called in and we can run through them with you and make sure you get the best option and deal. FAQs

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
