Sava offers industry recognised qualifications for those working or with ambitions in the housing industry. For over 40 years, we've provided education, technology and professional services to help look after the UK’s 29 million homes. We currently offer the only vocational route into the residential building surveying profession with the Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation, and also train Domestic Energy Assessors to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) through our Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.

Our history is in energy efficiency, having pioneered energy ratings in the 1980s which later led to the introduction of EPCs. Since then, we have broadened our expertise, focusing on both energy efficiency in housing and the residential property surveying.

Sava strives to make buildings better. We do this by providing education, technology, and compliance services to building owners, surveyors and the wider property industry. We were established in 1983, and our roots are within energy assessment and home condition surveying.
