Wine pairing is the process of pairing food dishes with wine to enhance the dining experience. You will learn how to pair different wines with different dishes so that you can deliver the best dining experience and educate you in the art of serving wine. We will also teach you about wine tasting, which is the examination and evaluation of wine with your senses.
