Are you a dedicated and experienced 1:1 TA seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for a passionate 1:1 TA to join our team at a Runcorn based Primary School, supporting a child with an EHCP.

Key Requirements:
- 1:1 Teaching Assistant Role:** As a 1:1 TA, your primary role will involve providing individualised support to a specific student, ensuring their educational and developmental needs are met.
- Level 2 TA Qualification:** An essential requirement to demonstrate your proficiency and understanding of the role's responsibilities.
- SEN Experience:** Previous experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly valued and will be beneficial in this role.
- EHCP Understanding:** Familiarity with EHCPs is crucial as the child's plan will serve as a roadmap for their tailored educational journey.

Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 TA support to the student in accordance with their EHCP, aiding their progression and achievement of set targets.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies tailored to the child's individual learning needs.
- Create and deliver engaging and targeted educational activities that align with the EHCP's objectives.
