I am instructed with an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor in the Leeds region that has anywhere between 1 - 3 years of post-qualification experience to join a strong regional practice team who work mainly on respondent work for many household names across various sectors.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has gained well-rounded experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment law work and someone who has a real passion and enthusiasm for the area to hit the ground running and join a highly successful and collegiate team. This will be a "360" role and will present the opportunity to personally develop client relationships and be a key strategic part of clients' decision-making processes.

My client does encourage hybrid working and can present the successful candidate with further progression and development routes when it comes to building a solid reputation within the employment law market. Salary will be dependent on the level of experience that candidates can bring to the role.
