A leading software company is looking for a passionate 2nd Line Application Support Engineer to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for providing 2nd Line application support on all bespoke software products. You will be put through market leading training to ensure you are comfortable with the products.

You will be part of an exciting growing team, and play a big part in liaising and solving issues for important customers. Ideally you will have experience working in an environment where you are comfortable providing Technical, Software or Application Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience handling all incoming customer support cases with the ability to evaluate the cases to establish if it is a training requirement, product usage issue or a software bug.
  • Document all steps taken for any issues and bugs that are resolved
  • Upgrades/Installations/Troubleshooting of bespoke software
  • Escalating issues to Customer Support Manager
  • Assist Support Team with day-to-day duties
  • Experience in a Servicedesk environment
  • Experience in a Software/Application Support environment
