2nd Line IT Support - Hull - £28,000 to £30,000
Principal IT are working exclusively with a company based in Hull that are recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Technician. They work closely with public sector companies across the UK providing framework agreements. The company prides itself on simplicity, flexibility, transparency and value.
Role & Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Technician you will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure team, therefore responsible for monitoring the internal infrastructure along with providing support and troubleshooting for all IT Systems in the business. You will be join others in carrying out networking maintenance and upgrades which will include physical movement of IT equipment. Our client prides themselves on their Cyber Essentials Plus Accreditation so keeping this is key, you will also carry out audits on IT Systems.
Experience Required:
- 2 years of 2nd/3rd Line IT Support
- Windows 10/11 Support experience including WDS
- Remote Desktop Support experience
- Software patch management experience
- Layer 2 Networking and Wi-Fi experience
Desirable Skills:
- MacOS Support and Deployment
- Exchange Online management
- OneDrive\SharePoint management
- Microsoft Azure experience
The Package:
- Starting salary £28,000 dependant on experience and qualifications
