2nd Line Service Desk Engineer

Opportunity for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join the UK's leading cloud technology managed service provider based near Leeds.

Salary between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience plus benefits.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for escalated tickets supporting the broader team in a timely manner. You will manage our clients technical queries and use the tools available to keep track of all queries to prioritise effectively.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience working within a fast paced MSP.
  • Broad knowledge of IT systems.
  • Vast experience with the Microsoft Stack.
  • Microsoft server experience.
