The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator. Due to the secure nature of the programme/role, you will need to hold the highest level of UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through National Security Vetting to obtain this clearance.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Join us in revolutionizing our Private Cloud initiative with the Microsoft Azure Stack Hub (MASH) at its core! Based mainly in Corsham, with some exciting travel opportunities.
Your mission? To seamlessly execute ITIL support processes, from frontline Service Desk interactions to tackling intricate fourth-line escalations. You'll be the go-to expert for capacity management, network supervision, backup strategies, and ensuring the health and security of our systems through vigilant monitoring and timely updates.
But that's not all! Your keen eye for technical nuances will be instrumental in swiftly resolving incidents and solving problems, all while sharing your wealth of knowledge with our dynamic team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Seasoned in ITIL-based service management.
Proficient in SM tooling and ITSM operations.
Well-versed in Azure solutions. Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.
Skilled in customer-facing incident and problem resolution.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with a knack for meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with UK Government Security Classifications.
Knowledgeable in public and private cloud concepts, including BGP, NSG, and SDN.
Experienced with Atlassian JIRA & Confluence.
Proficient in AV Solution Windows Defender and backup solutions.
Skilled in managing SharePoint/MOSS.
Capable of managing firewall capabilities.
Eager for continuous improvement with emerging technologies.
