Job Title: Account Manager 

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time

Area: West Midlands

I am currently supporting a UK leading Non Ferrous stockholder. This company have a well-established customer base and due to expansion I am leading the search for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

Package Details:

• £25,000-£30,000 (Dependent on experience)
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday
• Pension scheme
• Progression opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities and activities to new and existing customers.
• Initiate proactive sales activity to create new business opportunities for the branch.
• Maximizing relationships with existing clients and building long term relationships.

Requires Skills & Experience:

• Must be comfortable with working to targets
• Be highly energetic, self-motivated and target driven
• Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Possess good IT Skills (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and use your own judgement
• Have a flexible and open attitude
• Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy
• Sales and customer service skills
• Be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
