Accountant / Financial Analyst

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a vibrant and rapidly expanding financial services company based in West London. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role is ideal for an individual that is completing accounting studies of having done so looking to expand their skills significantly. Working in such close proximity to the CFO will provide great insight into all aspects of the company. The role will be very broad and will not be restricted to the following:

• Assisting the CFO with a wide range of financial analysis on all key drivers of the business
• Producing commentaries and analysis of the business for board meetings
• Production of management and financial accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Ensuring control of the general ledger and key reconciliations
• Production of month end journals
• Maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Involvement in projects in line with company growth

This company operates in a highly collaborative and office based working environment. A financial services background is not a requirement and applications are welcomed from both industry and practice
