Accountant

An award winning and highly respected firm of Accountants seek to add an experienced Accountant to their team. You will be a Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant with proven experience of working for an Accounting Firm. R eporting to the Directors, you will work with the team to deliver exceptional service to the growing client base, typically SME companies from a wide range of industries. 

The role is varied and includes the following:

• Production of annual accounts for small, limited companies and sole traders
• Assisting with self-assessment Tax Returns
• Reviewing Bookkeeping and completing VAT checks 
• Preparation of Corporation Tax Returns
• Plenty of direct client interaction

Good working knowledge of Xero is beneficial.

Applications are welcome from full time or part time (30 hours plus).

This role is office based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  

A competitive salary and benefits package is offered , the band set by Fletcher George is £40,000 - £55,000.

Location

Based in the Purley area, this role is commutable from Reigate, Redhill, Croydon, Sutton, Caterham, Banstead, Coulsdon and surrounding areas.
