Accountant

Accomplish Today is looking for an experienced Client Accountant, ideally with a background in 'contractor accountancy'. The successful candidate will manage and advise their own portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders to small to meduim size enterprises.

• Excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of accountancy principles.

Essential requirements for the role

• Managing a portfolio of up to 180- 200 clients.
• Communicating with clients, in a timely professional manner via calls and emails.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service
• Assisting & training clients on the use of our bookkeeping portal
• Providing tax planning and ad hoc advice when required.
• Reviewing accounts and approving them to be sent to the client.
• Preparing self-assessment tax returns to send to clients for approval.
