An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join a globally recognised leader in healthcare. This role is pivotal in managing the production of monthly management accounts, overseeing the fixed asset process, and leading a team of three. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of global healthcare. Your primary responsibility will be managing the production of monthly management accounts and overseeing the fixed asset process. You will also be tasked with driving engagement within your team through regular one-on-one meetings. Your expertise in implementing innovative strategies will be key in streamlining accounting processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing errors. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives will also form part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

* Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Support the accounting team in delivering the accounting close and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Manage internal and external audit processes, working with wider audit teams to ensure consistency.
* Act as SOX lead for entities in scope, ensuring SOX narratives are up-to-date, and evidence of performance of controls is maintained.
* Implement innovative strategies to streamline accounting processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
* Lead, mentor, and cultivate the professional growth of your team, carrying out regular one-on-one meetings.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.

What you'll bring:

* CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification with a solid foundation in accounting principles.
* Experience in Management Accounting with oversight of fixed asset processes and continuous improvement.
* Proven experience in a supervisory role leading small to mid-sized teams.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated strategic agility.
* Excellent communication skills with proven relationship building.
