Description
The key responsibilities for this Account's Assistant role include:
- Providing support to the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Posting daily receipts and handling bank reconciliations
- Updating and maintaining the accounts payable and receivable systems
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Supporting the finance manager with various tasks as required
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- An educational background in finance or accounting
- Experience working with accounting software
- Strong numerical and organisational skills
- An understanding of financial regulations and procedures
- A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset
