Are you an enthusiastic, aspiring finance professional seeking a new opportunity within a highly successful and respected organisation which offers strong progression routes?

We are working closely with a family-run property business based in Loughton as they look to hire an AAT studying Accounts Assistant to join their established finance team.

This role will see you working closely with the Finance Manager in producing a wide range of responsibilities at the transactional level, supporting wider team members, and gaining exposure to different facets of the business.

Our client is offering a salary between £25,000 and £30,000, full study support, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, a clear route for progression and more!

Responsibilities:

  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliations across the Group function.
  • Processing subcontractor payments.
  • Dealing with queries from subcontractors.
  • Processing and approving invoices.
  • Analysing bills, contracts, statements and expenses.
  • Assisting with administrative duties where required.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience within Finance.
  • AAT studying/qualified.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience within the Construction sector (ideal).
