Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our accounting departments as Accounting Assistants. The ideal candidates will possess AAT Level 2 or 3 qualifications, although this is not mandatory. This position offers an opportunity to support the accounting department in various tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our client's businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial documents and reports as required.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications:

  • AAT Level 2 or 3 qualifications are preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
