Accounts Payable Clerk / £24,000 / Merseyside (Fully Remote) / Temp to Perm

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business within Merseyside who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic team on a 3 month temporary contract with the view to go permanent

Package:

• Salary £24,000
• 36 hour working week (flexible to suit you)
• Fully remote working pattern
• 27 days holiday + BHs

Location: Merseyside (Fully Remote)

Job Duties:

• Process invoices from suppliers and vendors, including intercompany transactions
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure accuracy
• Making payments via BACS
• Prepare and process payment runs for approved invoices
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice discrepancies and payments
• Supporting wider finance team internally
• Admin/ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Accounts Payable Manager

Interview will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

• Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes essential
• Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
• Good excel and system skills essential
