Accounts Payable Manager

This position is for an Accounts Payable Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable operations in the construction industry. The Accounts Payable Manager will ensure efficient management of invoices, payments, and expense reports while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Description

• Must have CIS experience
• Oversee the entire accounts payable operations.
• Ensure efficient management of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Implement and maintain systems for the management of accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on AP performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve financial processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the AP team.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Manager should have:

• CIS Experience
• Background in AP within the construction industry
• Proficient with Xero
• Strong Excel skills
• Proven experience in managing an accounts payable team.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
