Requirements
- Has a Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustics or a related field, as well as the IOA Diploma.
- Accreditation in AMIOA/MIOA status is also required.
- Prior experience in project planning and report preparation for project applications is essential.
- Capable of addressing any technical issues that may arise during assessments.
- Proven track record of delivering projects while working closely with key stakeholders throughout the development life cycle.
Duties
- Make changes to project plans and designs to assure that the project is to client specification while meeting statutory guidance.
- Offer clients expert guidance and remedial advice to avoid any technical issues that impact the completion and timeline of a project.
- Undertake noise and vibration inspections regularly to ensure that all building regulations are met at all stages of a project's life cycle in line with British standards.
