Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a School Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school staff, students, and parents. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school staff, students, and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other academic information.
- Manage the school's database and ensure that all information is up-to-date.
- Respond to enquiries from parents, students, and staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the organisation of school events and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in school administration is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have SIMS experience
