Accounts Admin Assistant

Do you have Accounts Administration experience? Look no further! This is a brilliant opportunity for a dynamic and keen person to join a friendly team!

Key Duties:

  • General Office administration to support the finance team 
  • Answering any queries via calls/emails
  • Data entry of purchase invoices 
  • Raising invoices
  • Preparing quotes and costings

Hours:

Monday -Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm Friday's 8:00am-4:00pm

Holiday: 22 days holiday which increases up to 26 with service (Plus 8 bank holidays)

Experience and skills needed:

  • Previous Accounts admin experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to work to own initiative 
  • Full UK Driving licence
