Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a thriving well-established business who are experts in their specialist sector. We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to head up their Lincoln branch as the Administration Team Leader.
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that offers you variety. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day to day operations of the branch, leading on various aspects including people management, business processing, client support and overseeing regulatory requirements.

- Communicating internally and with other parties to effectively respond to client queries
- Overseeing complex queries, liaising with the relevant advisers and other parties as appropriate
- Effective people management, ensuring key functions are performed consistently
- Ensuring client files are fully complaint with all required documentation and identification
- Progressing complex applications to ensure cases are completed within a timely manner
- Updating promotions across the company website
- Senior administration experience
- Ability to oversee, coordinate and manage workflow
- Excellent client interaction skills in-person and over the telephone
- Strong team-player as well as working well independently to ensure deadlines are met
