Job Description: Administration Team Leader

Location: Hereford

Position Overview: An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Docupoint Department of a prominent legal firm based in Hereford. Recognized for delivering a friendly service and professional advice in the local market, this firm has a footprint across rural Shropshire, Herefordshire, and North Wales.

Responsibilities: As the Administration Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient functioning of Docupoint, where file opening, mail handling, photocopying, binding, scanning, archiving, and general administration tasks are conducted. The successful candidate will lead a small team of administrator/receptionists, ensuring a productive workflow. The role requires a high level of self-management and initiative, contributing to a professional, efficient, confidential, and friendly service, consistently delivering quality service to clients.

Qualifications and Skills: The ideal candidate will have a robust background in administration, preferably within a professional services setting. Previous experience in line management or supervision is essential, showcasing flexibility and adaptability to various tasks and responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft packages and IT systems is a prerequisite, accompanied by a demonstrated ability to thrive in a busy environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, along with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, are paramount.
