We are delighted to be working with our reputable client in Leicester, recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. The role of Administrative Assistant is to support the sales office and work closely with the team to meet deadlines.

In the role of Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Maintain and update the company database
  • Process new contracts
  • Run reports using excel
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Support staff with preparing quotes

The ideal Administrative Assistant will be:

  • experienced in the energy industry
  • have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, word and outlook
  • Be organised, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Be able to build good relationships with colleagues and work well in a team
