ADMINISTRATIVE/ HR ASSISTANT

LONDON

£25,000 - £27,000

Our well established client is seeking an Admin/HR assistant to join their busy business support team in their central London office.

The role is predominantly administrative, focusing on supporting our HR & Payroll Co-ordinator in processing payroll information and in providing essential administrative support to the wider HR team, together with occasional reception and post room cover.

Although the role is largely administrative, there is potential for growth in the future.

Our ideal candidate will already have some HR experience, ideally obtained in a legal setting. Proficiency in spoken and written English, coupled with a mature outlook, professionalism, discretion and reliability are all vital attributes since you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities daily. Typical tasks will include managing holiday records, scheduling meetings, helping to set up interviews and assisting with documentation & induction for new joiners.

You will also help organise training, assist with the annual Practising Certificate renewal process, annual appraisal process and with looking after our trainees.

Please note, this role is full time and is fully office based and the working hours are 10am-6pm (to allow occasional evening cover on the main reception desk). If you live within an easy commute of the office it will be an advantage.

We also offer a company pension scheme and 25 days annual leave, in addition to Bank Holidays.
