Administrator Immediate Start
To provide Business Support Services to operational teams in Facilities Management and Housing Repairs. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Support Officer to join our team in supporting our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a busy customer helpdesk which includes logging repairs and dealing with requests relating to council buildings.
- Processing financial transactions.
- Processing compliance certificates, for example, risk assessments, electrical and gas.
- Other transactional duties as part of the wider business support team, including office-based duties.
About You: The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and a self-starter, with a sound understanding of business processes. While there is currently no expectation to supervise staff, there will be an expectation that you can supervise areas of activity and prioritise workloads.
Skills & Experience:
- Competent in the use of IT packages (Office, Outlook, Teams etc).
- Training will be given in the systems used for financial and other transactions.
Contract: Temporary, 3 months with review to extend
Salary: £10.90 per hour
Location: S2 1TR, S1 2SH
