Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including document management, data entry, and answering phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Keeping a record of all agency requests on a spreadsheet and keeping this up to date
  • Raising purchase orders and receipting as appropriate
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and assisting our accounts team/finance business partners to ensure payment is made in a timely manner
  • Manage the Agency email inbox and acting on requests received.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
