Our recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our client's team at the Bridgwater Police Centre. Reporting to the Account Manager, the Contract Administrator will play a key role in managing the administrative functions across two contracts, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

  • £12.50 per hour

Job Responsibilites:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the contract, including purchase orders, Maximo support, managing work orders, SAP invoicing, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to onsite and offsite teams and managers.
  • Advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements, and check the validity of sub-contractor advice notes and invoices.
  • Prepare, process, and submit invoices for work undertaken, monitor payments, and take recovery action as required.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documents as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous FM administration experience with strong IT skills (email, management systems, databases, Maximo/CAFM, etc.).
  • Financially and commercially astute, with experience in purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Desirable to have experience in a PFI environment.
  • Successful applicants will be subject to an NPPV security vetting check to work alongside the Police force.
