Description

  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
  • Support business operations by ensuring all necessary resources are available
  • Maintain and organise digital and physical records
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement administrative best practices
  • Manage team workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the company's standards and policies

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Well educated
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or educated to college/degree level
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
