Description

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Supporting the team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
  • Preparing meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
  • Posting job ads and organising resumes and job applications

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
