Our Client, Knowsley Borough Council, is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join their Rapid Response Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • To support the Rapid Response and reablement team with training, audits and service development. To support with change management and experience of service improvements.
  • Supporting the team for effective service delivery which will include oversight and approval of rota's/shift patterns. Undertake supervisions with staff.
  • To effectively demonstrate and implement within practice strong leadership, IT skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To have knowledge and experience within the personal care sector with an understanding of The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Health and Safety.
  • To have a thorough knowledge base and experience of working within a CQC regulated service.

Requirements of this role:

  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have minimum of 2 years’ post qualifying experience.
