JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
This interesting role offers the appointed lawyer with excellent transactional experience to deal with a variety of agricultural property matters. The role could see you handling a diverse caseload of agricultural property matters including registered and unregistered land law, public rights of way. You will also draft all required legal documents and letters, progressing files from instruction through to completion. The role will include a large amount of client contact, you will conduct regular meetings with clients, ensuring all matters are progressed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction. Ideal Agricultural Lawyers will possess the ability to business develop within the Norfolk market and have a real interest to specialise in this area of law.

THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for the role you will ideally be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience of dealing with a full and varied caseload of agriculture matters / commercial property matters. Prior experience of independently handling an agriculture caseload would be advantageous. You will demonstrate a keen eye for details and a proven ability to always provide a high-quality service. Ideal Agriculture Solicitors will have at least 2 years’ experience in dealing with property related matters. Superb opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for rural property affairs and is a qualified Lawyer are encouraged to apply.
