Airline reservations team leader

Airline reservations team leader - Required for this international airline. The role is hybrid, with an office based close to Heathrow. salary 37/43k plus great benefits. Airline reservations experience, as well as Amadeus and ideally some management experience required.

Airline reservations team leaders duties
-To generate revenue though direct and group sales
-Process direct and group sales refunds
-Manage and support Europe GSA offices with sales, reservations and ticketing
-Investigate and resolve customer complaints
-Support airport station managers with passenger sales and ticketing issues
-Manage BSP Europe
-Manage one member of staff
-Manage and deal with disruptions across Europe

Airline reservations team leaders skills required
-Airline reservations experience is a must, ideally in a supervisors role
-Amadeus knowledge ideally but they would cross train from another GDS
-Ticketing, BSP and groups experience
-Strong problem solving experience
-Able to work in a office twice a week close to Heathrow

-Salary between 37-43k
