Location: Manchester

Salary: £30000-£40000 (Dependent on experience)

I am searching for a motivated Architectural Technologist with brilliant technical skills to join an award-winning practice in Manchester. The team works on projects across the Residential, Leisure, Commercial and Hospitality sectors and provides exceptional designs for all clients. There are two offices across the UK and the practice has nation-wide clients who continually return due to the brilliant designs and service.

The successful Architectural Technologist should have several years experience post qualification and will have previously worked on commercial projects. You will have brilliant Revit knowledge and should bring innovative and creative design ideas.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Significant UK-based experience post qualification within the Architectural Industry
  • Commercial experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work across all RIBA stages
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
  • Previous experience working on medium to large scale projects
  • Confident liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
