Area Sales Manager, Construction Products, £45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (circa £60K OTE) + Car. North

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well know British manufacture who has been trading for over 220 years!

This relationship building sales role within the construction products industry that requires an individual with proven Area Sales experience combined with strong relationship management skills. The role is covering the North West and North East territory with particular focus managing partnership with trade customers such as Builders Merchants, Fencing, Roofing, Agriculture, DIY Outlets and customers in the Construction industry.

You will be required to:

  • Partner with an Internal Sales Representative to grow sales in your assigned territory.
  • Maximize sales and profitability with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Have willingness to deal with all levels of customer from a small DIY retailer to a mutli-branch merchant
  • Develop a deep understanding of our diverse customer base to effectively prioritise and fulfill their needs

To apply you will have the ability to build long-term relationships with your clients and Ideally have sold into a similar client base previously. If not then It would also be hugely beneficial if you are a DIYer yourself and have an understanding of the 'fabric' of a building etc.
