Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Northampton, South of the UK
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Basic (DOE), Plus Uncapped Bonus Scheme, Company Car/Car Allowance, Phone, Laptop, Company Pension Scheme, Holiday Allowance, Full Product Training.

Job Description:

We have a fantastic new opening for an Are Sales Manager to join a well established, independent hire company. You’ll become an integral part of a close-nit team, where you’ll be incentivised within your role, alongside being offered genuine opportunities for career development and progression prospects.

In the role of Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and winning new business across the southern parts of the country, targeting construction projects for long and short term hires.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of accounts
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Take ownership and responsibility for new business sales
• Identifying projects that are taking place within your assigned territory
• Manage a thorough sales process from start to finish

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience within a Field Sales, Territory Sales, Outbound Sales, or Area Sales role
• Willing to consider anyone from a Construction Hire background, including; Powered Access, Plant Hire, Tool Hire, Site Accommodation, Welfare Hire, Power Generation, Material Handling, or Forklifts.
• Must be a strong relationship builder
• Hold a UK driving licence
